i need to see a psychiatrist...but i only have medi-cal insurance...the insurance covered by the state...from the social security office or whatever, where they do the food stamps and stuff... im 18 and i only have medi-cal insurance...do u know if anywhere in torrance, CA there is psychiatrists who accept this insurance at no cost or very little cost to me? i have no job either...plz help me thank you......
