Resolved Question: Red Light Camera = Warrant?

Hello, When I was 16 I received a red light camera ticket in which I didn't pay and show up to court. I am now 17 and haven't received ANYTHING from the day of court on forward saying I have a warrant for my arrest. So do you guys think I have a warrant or do red light camera tickets turn into a civil matter? Thanks! Need answers asap.
